Job Description: Accountant

About the Job:

The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements & ensuring operations within the finance department are sound. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess strong business acumen.
 

Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting transactions

  • Publish financial statements in time

  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

  • Ensure timely bank payments

  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns

  • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity

  • Audit financial transactions and documents

  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

  • Comply with financial policies and regulations

  • Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure

  • Auditing financial information

  • Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

  • Female Candidates will be considered

  • Minimum 5 years of experience

  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Good command of the English language

About the Job:

 

Our company is looking for an organized and self-motivated Logistic Assistant with knowledge in export and import procedures, shipping documentations, LC and Incoterm who will be responsible for providing logistic support to our team.


Duties include but are not limited to sending emails to vendors, following up with intercompany colleague for the shipment documentations, file documents, and other admin duties.


In order to be successful in this position, you should be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
